Wireless Modules
Wi-Fi Modules
Wi-Fi modules for connected appliances, gateways and industrial devices, with provisioning, cloud connectivity and optional custom firmware.
Overview
Wi-Fi remains the most economical way to connect a device inside a building — homes, hotels, offices, factories and retail spaces. We supply Wi-Fi modules for both simple cloud-connected products and more demanding gateway designs that bridge local equipment to a network.
The difficult part of a Wi-Fi product is rarely the radio. It is provisioning: how the customer gets the device onto their network without a screen or keyboard. We implement SoftAP, SmartConfig-style and Bluetooth-assisted provisioning flows, and we test them on real routers rather than only on a bench.
For industrial environments we also consider roaming behaviour, reconnect logic, watchdog recovery and offline buffering, so that a brief network interruption does not translate into lost data or a device that needs a manual power cycle.
Capabilities
What this covers
Station and AP modes
Station mode for normal operation, SoftAP mode for configuration and local service access.
Practical provisioning
SoftAP, app-assisted and Bluetooth-assisted provisioning flows designed for devices without a display.
Cloud-ready stack
MQTT, HTTPS and WebSocket clients with certificate storage, reconnect logic and offline buffering.
Custom integration
Module-level supply, or direct SoC integration on your product PCB with RF layout and antenna tuning.

Questions
Frequently asked
Can the device stay connected after a router restart?
Yes. We implement reconnect state machines with backoff, plus a hardware watchdog so the device recovers without user intervention.
Do you support WPA3 enterprise networks?
Support depends on the selected SoC and SDK. We confirm enterprise authentication requirements during the design phase.
Can you help with certification testing?
We prepare the product for RF and EMC testing and work with accredited laboratories. Certification scope and cost are quoted separately.
