Overview
A fingerprint lock is a mechanical device, a biometric device and a connected device at the same time. The fingerprint module is only one part of it; the parts that decide whether the product is good are the clutch or motor drive, the power budget, the false-reject behaviour in cold weather and the mechanical robustness of the reader.
We develop the whole product: the round capacitive fingerprint module and its mounting, the lock controller and motor or clutch drive, the keypad and card options, the Bluetooth app layer and the production tooling.
For brand owners, the practical outcome is one partner for the electronics, firmware, app, enclosure and manufacturing, with a documented test process for each production batch.
