Wireless Modules
GPS / GNSS Modules
Multi-constellation GNSS modules for trackers, fleet systems and asset monitoring, with antenna and drift-handling support.
Overview
A GNSS module reports position, speed and time. What determines whether a tracking product is usable in the field is everything around it: antenna placement, cold-start behaviour, how the receiver behaves under foliage or between buildings, and what the firmware does when the fix is poor.
We supply multi-constellation receivers that use GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou together to improve satellite availability in obstructed environments. For products installed inside metal enclosures or on vehicles, we also design the antenna feed and grounding, which usually matters more than the module datasheet.
On the software side we implement the logic that customers actually notice: stationary drift suppression, distance-based rather than time-based reporting, geofence evaluation on the device, and local storage of track points when the uplink is unavailable.
Capabilities
What this covers
Multi-constellation reception
GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou support for better satellite visibility in urban and obstructed environments.
Antenna engineering
Active antenna selection, feed-line layout, grounding and noise isolation validated inside the real enclosure.
Drift and jitter control
Stationary detection, speed filtering and distance-based reporting to avoid meaningless track points.
Offline track storage
Local buffering of position records with backfill upload once the network becomes available again.
Specification
Technical specifications
| Constellations | GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou (model dependent) |
|---|---|
| Channels | Multi-channel parallel tracking |
| Host interface | UART, I2C, SPI (model dependent) |
| Protocol | NMEA 0183 output, binary protocol options |
| Antenna | Active antenna input, bias supply, short-circuit protection |
| Update rate | 1 Hz default, higher rates on selected models |
| Supply voltage | Typically 2.8 – 3.6 V |
| Operating temperature | −40 °C to +85 °C |
Positioning accuracy depends on antenna design, installation environment and sky view. Accuracy figures are validated in the target application, not quoted from a datasheet alone.
Applications
Where it is used

Questions
Frequently asked
Why does the tracker drift when the vehicle is parked?
Small position changes are normal in GNSS. We apply stationary detection and speed filtering on the device so that parked vehicles do not generate false movement records.
Can the module work indoors?
GNSS requires sky visibility. For indoor asset location, a different technology such as Bluetooth or RFID is more appropriate.
Do you support geofencing on the device?
Yes. Geofence evaluation can run on the device so that alerts are raised even when the uplink is temporarily unavailable.
