PCBA Manufacturing
Board assembly with sourcing, inspection and functional test before it reaches the product line.
Overview
A PCBA is only as good as its weakest process step. Solder paste deposition, placement accuracy, reflow profile and inspection all contribute, and a board that passes visual inspection can still fail in the field because of a marginal joint or a component at the edge of tolerance.
We manage the assembly process end to end: BOM and Gerber review, component sourcing with lifecycle checks, stencil and paste parameters, reflow profiling, AOI inspection and functional test on a fixture that exercises the real interfaces.
Where the product requires it, we add programming, calibration and RF test at the board level, so that a failed unit is caught before it is built into an enclosure.
Capabilities
What this covers
SMT and through-hole
SMT placement, reflow, selective or wave soldering and manual assembly for connectors.
Component sourcing
BOM review with lifecycle and second-source checks, and sourcing against the approved specification.
Inspection
AOI inspection with X-ray where BGA or hidden joints require it.
Test and programming
ICT, functional test, firmware programming, calibration and RF verification as required.
