Energy Monitoring Systems
Metering and sub-metering for buildings and equipment, with the analysis that makes it useful.
Overview
Energy monitoring is easy to install and hard to make useful. A dashboard full of kWh totals rarely changes behaviour; a comparison between a machine’s current consumption and its baseline does.
We build metering systems that measure voltage, current, power, energy, leakage current and power factor at the level the customer needs — whole building, distribution board, production line or individual machine — and then analyse at that level.
The platform supports tariff structures, shift and production comparisons, baseline deviation alerts and export for sustainability reporting, so the data connects to a decision rather than sitting in a chart.
Capabilities
What this covers
Multi-level metering
Whole-site, distribution board, line or machine-level measurement with consistent time alignment.
Power quality basics
Power factor, voltage deviation and leakage current monitoring alongside energy totals.
Baseline comparison
Consumption compared against a baseline or previous period, with deviation alerts.
Reporting and export
Tariff-aware cost reporting and exports suitable for sustainability or management review.
