Smart Lock Solutions

Smart Locks Developed as a Complete Product

A lock is a mechanical device, a biometric device and a connected device at once. We develop all three together — sensing, mechanism, firmware, app, structure, tooling and finished-product assembly.

Technologies

Authentication methods we integrate

Combining methods is a policy decision as much as a hardware decision. Each method has a different failure mode and power cost.

  • Round capacitive fingerprint
  • Face recognition with liveness
  • Password authentication
  • NFC / RFID
  • Bluetooth LE
  • Wi-Fi
  • 4G connectivity
  • Multi-factor authentication

Scope

Six layers developed together

01

Sensing technology

Round capacitive fingerprint or face recognition with liveness, selected for the handle geometry and the user population.

02

Lock firmware

Motor or clutch drive, position feedback, keypad logic, battery management and fail-safe recovery.

03

App and connectivity

BLE provisioning, user enrolment, temporary access, key sharing and unified event records.

04

PCB and embedded

Radio coexistence between BLE, NFC and LTE, with the power budget measured on the assembled board.

05

Structure and appearance

Handle and escutcheon design, sealing, ESD path on the sensing ring and assembly sequence.

06

Tooling and manufacturing

Mold design, injection molding, PCBA, finished-product assembly and 100 percent functional test.

For brand owners

What this means commercially

One partner for electronics, firmware, app, enclosure and manufacturing means one party responsible for whether the product works — and one place to go when a field issue appears.

Shorter integration

Sensor, mechanism and firmware are matched during development rather than discovered as incompatible after delivery.

Defined production test

Fingerprint read, motor operation, BLE advertising, battery voltage and tamper function tested on every unit.

Field-ready behaviour

False-reject handling, low-battery warnings and manual override defined before release, not after the first complaint.
