4G Remote Monitoring Systems
End-to-end 4G monitoring for equipment and sites that have no network of their own.
Overview
Remote monitoring projects usually start with a clear question — is the equipment running, and is it within limits? — and then run into the practical details: which signals to capture, how often, what happens when the network drops, and who receives the alert at two in the morning.
We build the complete chain: sensor and signal acquisition, a controller with local storage, a 4G Cat.1 uplink, a cloud platform with dashboards and rules, and a mobile view for field staff. Devices buffer readings locally and backfill after an outage, so a coverage gap does not become a data gap.
The same architecture covers very different installations — a pumping station, a chiller plant, a generator set or a remote weather station — because the variation is in the sensors and the rules, not in the transport layer.
Capabilities
What this covers
Signal acquisition
Analog 4–20 mA and 0–10 V inputs, RS485 Modbus, digital states and pulse counting.
Resilient uplink
4G Cat.1 with local buffering, retransmission and configurable reporting intervals.
Rules and alerting
Threshold, rate-of-change and offline alerts delivered by email, SMS gateway or webhook.
Operator dashboard
Site overview, trend charts, alarm history and export — designed around daily operational decisions.
