About
A Wireless Technology and Product Engineering Partner
We supply wireless modules and develop complete products. Module supply is the entry point; product development is the higher-value work; manufacturing is what turns both into a long-term relationship.
What we do
WesunLink works with OEMs, brand owners and IoT companies that need a product developed and built, not only a component purchased. Our work spans seven wireless module categories, custom electronics, embedded firmware, mobile applications, cloud platforms and OEM/ODM manufacturing.
Most customer projects start with a specific problem: a module that does not fit the enclosure, a battery life target that the current design cannot reach, a monitoring system that loses data when the network drops, or a product that works in the lab and fails in the field. We work from that problem outward — definition, architecture, prototype, validation, tooling and production.
Our engineering team is based in Shenzhen, China, and works with customers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America and Australia.
Capabilities
Where our engineering sits
Six capability areas that are delivered by one team and sequenced as one project.
Hardware engineering
Schematic capture, multi-layer PCB layout, RF and antenna design, power integrity and manufacturing review.
Firmware and embedded
Bare-metal and RTOS firmware for mainstream MCUs, including drivers, protocols, power management and OTA.
App and cloud
iOS and Android applications, backend APIs and IoT platforms with device management and dashboards.
Industrial and mechanical
Product form, CMF, 3D structural design, tolerance analysis and design for manufacture.
Tooling and production
Mold design, injection molding, PCBA, assembly, functional test and series production.
Quality process
Incoming inspection, in-process checks, functional test and batch traceability recorded through production.
How we work
Four principles
These are the rules we apply to our own descriptions as well as to our designs.
Specific over promotional
We describe what a product does and what it does not do. Specifications are confirmed against the selected part before quotation, not copied from a marketing page.
One owner for the interface
Hardware, firmware, app and cloud are developed by the same team, so a problem at the boundary has one owner instead of two suppliers.
Measured, not assumed
Power consumption, RF range and thermal behaviour are measured on the prototype against written targets.
Nothing invented
We do not publish factory size, headcount, customer names or certificates that cannot be documented for the specific project.
