Cold Chain Monitoring
Temperature, position and door-event records for products that must not leave their range.
Overview
Cold chain monitoring is a record-keeping problem as much as a sensing problem. The customer usually needs to prove, after the fact, that a shipment stayed within range — which means the data has to be complete, time-stamped and resistant to gaps.
We build loggers and fixed monitors that capture temperature and humidity together with GPS position, door open/close events, shock and tilt. Records are buffered locally and uploaded when coverage is available, with the device clock disciplined so timestamps remain meaningful.
The platform produces an excursion report per shipment or per storage unit, with the threshold, duration and location of any deviation — the format a quality team can attach to a customer complaint or an audit.
Capabilities
What this covers
Temperature and humidity logging
Calibrated probes with configurable thresholds, excursion detection and time-stamped records.
Position and door events
GPS tracking combined with door open/close detection to distinguish a real excursion from a loading event.
Shock and tilt
Accelerometer-based event capture for shipments where handling damage is a concern.
Audit-ready reports
Per-shipment excursion reports with threshold, duration and location, exportable for quality records.
