Water Quality Monitoring Systems
Continuous water quality measurement for treatment plants, aquaculture, rivers and industrial discharge.
Overview
Water quality instruments live in a hostile environment. Probes foul, reference electrodes drift, and a reading that was correct at commissioning can be misleading a month later. A monitoring system has to be designed around maintenance, not just around measurement.
We build systems around the parameters that matter for the application — pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, turbidity, residual chlorine, ORP or ammonia nitrogen — with probe mounting, cleaning access and calibration workflow considered as part of the design.
Data is reported over 4G to a platform that tracks calibration history alongside readings, so an operator can tell the difference between a real change in water quality and a sensor that needs service.
Capabilities
What this covers
Multi-parameter water sensing
pH, DO, EC, TDS, turbidity, residual chlorine, ORP and ammonia nitrogen in configurable sets.
Probe installation design
Immersion, flow-cell or bypass mounting with access for cleaning and calibration.
Calibration-aware data
Calibration events recorded with the data, so drift and service history stay visible.
Threshold and trend alerts
Limit violations, sensor faults and abnormal trends pushed to operators promptly.
