Case Studies and Engagements
We publish a case study only with written customer approval, and many projects are covered by an NDA. The engagement profiles below describe the type of work and the engineering scope, without customer names or unverifiable figures.
A note on published cases
We do not publish invented project stories, borrowed photographs or customer logos we have no permission to use. If you need evidence of relevant experience before a project, tell us the technical area and we will discuss the specific work directly, under NDA where required.
Engagement profiles
The work we are set up to deliver
Each profile describes a scope of engineering work, not a specific customer engagement.
Fingerprint lock platform for a brand owner
Scope: Round capacitive sensing, lock firmware, BLE app, enclosure structure, tooling and production test.
Typically: Brand owner with a product concept and a target retail price, needing one partner across electronics and manufacturing.
Battery-powered BLE sensor
Scope: Custom module integration, antenna design, power budget engineering, firmware and mobile app.
Typically: Product company that needs months of battery life from a coin cell and cannot accept a standard module footprint.
4G remote monitoring station
Scope: Sensor acquisition, Modbus and analog inputs, Cat.1 uplink, local buffering, cloud platform and alerting.
Typically: Equipment operator or systems integrator monitoring remote sites without a local network.
Water quality monitoring system
Scope: Multi-parameter probe integration, calibration records, 4G reporting and compliance-style exports.
Typically: Environmental or utility customer that needs trustworthy readings and a serviceable probe installation.
OEM build to customer design
Scope: DFM review, mold manufacture, injection molding, PCBA, assembly and functional test.
Typically: Customer with a finished design who needs a manufacturing partner rather than a development team.
Existing product cost and reliability review
Scope: BOM review, power measurement, RF validation, firmware review and a corrective action list.
Typically: Product already in the field with battery, connection or reliability problems that are not yet understood.
