Product Design & Development

Complete Product Development, All Under One Roof

From product concept, industrial design and mechanical structure to PCB, embedded firmware, mobile app, cloud platform, tooling and mass production — delivered as one project by one team.

Process

Nine stages from concept to mass production

A product moves through these stages in order. Each stage has a defined output, so the next stage starts from a decision rather than an assumption.

01

Product Concept & Requirements

Use cases, functional requirements, architecture options and cost targets agreed in writing.

02

Industrial & Mechanical Design

External form, internal architecture, materials and finish specified around the real constraints.

03

PCB & Hardware Engineering

Schematic, layout, RF and antenna design with manufacturing review before release.

04

Embedded Firmware

Board bring-up, drivers, protocols, power management and fail-safe update paths.

05

Mobile App & Cloud Platform

Provisioning, control, telemetry, dashboards and one API shared by app and web.

06

Prototype & Testing

Functional samples, measurement against targets and a documented decision to proceed.

07

Mold Design & Manufacturing

Tooling designed from production CAD, with DFM review before steel is cut.

08

PCBA & Product Assembly

Board assembly, programming, functional test and finished-product assembly.

09

Mass Production

Batch production, quality control and shipment with documented inspection records.

Working method

Four decisions that protect the schedule

These are the practices that most often separate a product that reaches production from one that stalls at prototype.

Specifications before layout

Pin maps, power sequencing, debug access and timing budgets are agreed in writing before the board is routed. It is the cheapest way to avoid a respin.

Measure, do not estimate

Sleep current, RF range, thermal rise and timing are measured on the prototype against the requirement, not inferred from a datasheet.

One team across the stack

Hardware, firmware, app and cloud are developed by the same team, so an interface problem has one owner rather than two suppliers pointing at each other.

Design frozen before tooling

Mechanical fit, antenna performance and production test are confirmed before mold design begins, when changes are still inexpensive.
