Product Development
Wireless Connectivity Integration
Getting several radios to work together inside one enclosure — and pass certification afterwards.
Overview
Putting Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LTE and GNSS into the same product is where many designs quietly break. The radios interfere with each other, the antennas compete for volume, and the product that worked on the bench fails in the field.
We handle coexistence as an engineering problem: frequency planning, time-division arrangements between radios, isolation between antennas, ground plane allocation and shield placement. Where the enclosure is metal or the antenna must sit behind a display, we measure rather than assume.
We also prepare the product for regulatory testing — pre-scanning for radiated emissions, checking spurious output near band edges, and documenting the test configuration — so that the formal laboratory visit is a confirmation rather than a discovery.
Capabilities
What this covers
Multi-radio coexistence
Frequency planning and time-domain coordination between BLE, Wi-Fi, LTE and GNSS in the same product.
Antenna placement
Antenna volume, isolation and grounding designed around the real mechanical enclosure.
Pre-compliance testing
Radiated emission and spurious pre-scans to reduce the risk of failing formal laboratory testing.
Field validation
Range, throughput and reconnect behaviour tested in realistic environments, not only on a desk.
