Complete Product Assembly
Final build, sealing, labelling, full functional test and packaging.
Overview
Final assembly is where all the earlier decisions meet. The board has to fit the enclosure, the gasket has to seal, the connector has to align, the label has to sit straight and the unit has to pass a functional test that reflects how the customer will actually use it.
We run final assembly to a documented sequence with defined torque, sealing and handling requirements, then test every unit — not a sample — against a functional test specification agreed with the customer.
Packaging, accessory kitting, labelling and carton marking are handled to the customer’s requirement, including retail-ready packaging where the product goes to a store shelf.
