OEM & ODM Manufacturing
Mass Production
Repeatable production with planning, in-process quality control and traceability.
Overview
The first batch proves the product can be built. Mass production proves it can be built repeatedly, at the same quality, on a schedule. That requires planning, incoming material control, in-process checks and a traceability record that lets you investigate a problem later.
We plan production against the delivery schedule, hold material against approved specifications, and run in-process inspection at the stations where defects are most likely to appear. Critical parameters are measured and recorded rather than assumed.
For customers with forecast-based ordering, we manage material lead times and build schedules so that a demand change does not turn into a line stop. Shipment includes the inspection records for the batch.
