OEM & ODM Manufacturing

From Engineering Design to Mass Production

Enter at the design stage, or bring a finished design and use the manufacturing chain. Mold design, tooling, injection molding, PCBA, electronics assembly, finished-product assembly and series production — with the inspection records to match.

Quality

Three inspection gates

Production quality is controlled at the point where defects are created, not only by screening finished goods.

IQC

Incoming material control

Components and molded parts held against the approved specification before they enter the build, with records kept per batch.

IPQC

In-process inspection

Checks at the stations where defects are most likely — solder, assembly torque, sealing and programming — rather than only at the end.

FQC

Final functional test

Every unit tested against an agreed specification, with results recorded and traceable to the shipped batch.

Engagement

Three ways to start

The entry point depends on how much of the product already exists.

Design and build (ODM)

We develop the product and manufacture it. Industrial design, mechanics, electronics, firmware and tooling are part of the same project.

Build to your design (OEM)

You bring production-ready CAD, Gerbers and firmware. We review for manufacturability, build the tooling and run production.

Manufacturing only

Tooling, injection molding, PCBA and assembly for an existing product, with test and inspection to the specification you provide.

What we do not claim

We do not publish factory floor area, machine counts, headcount or certifications that we cannot document for the specific project. Where a customer requires a particular certification or process capability, we confirm it in writing before the order rather than displaying a badge on a website.

Have a design ready for production?

Send the CAD, Gerbers, BOM and target volume. We will review for manufacturability, identify what is missing and respond with tooling and production estimates.
