Overview
Testing is not a final gate; it is a feedback loop. The useful question is not "did this batch pass?" but "what does this test tell us about the design and the process?"
We write test specifications from the product requirements, then build the fixtures and procedures that production will use. For new products we also run reliability checks: burn-in, temperature and humidity exposure, drop, vibration and ingress testing as applicable.
For certification, we run pre-compliance scans before the formal laboratory visit, so that the expensive test session is a confirmation rather than a debugging session.
