Product Development
API & Backend Development
The services behind the app and dashboard — including the integrations that make the product fit an existing business.
Overview
Many IoT products do not fail because the hardware is wrong; they fail because the data has nowhere useful to go. The customer already has an ERP, a maintenance system, a billing platform or a reporting process, and the new device has to fit into it.
We build backend services and APIs that expose device data in a form existing systems can consume: authenticated REST endpoints, webhooks for events, batch export for reporting, and connectors to common platforms where a standard exists.
Security and operability are part of the deliverable: token-based authentication, rate limiting, audit logging, schema validation and a documented error model, so that integration work on the customer side is predictable.
